(“IM”) values your privacy and wants you to be informed about the ways in which we collect, use and disclose information gathered through this website (the “Site”), as well as any information we gather from offline sources, which is explained below. “Other Information” is any information that does not identify you or directly relate to you as an individual, such as aggregated information (which does not identify an individual) or information collected through your browser, cookies, web beacons and other technologies.

How Other Information Is Collected

IM and its third party service providers may collect Other Information through:
  1. Your browser, such as your media access control address, screen resolution, computer type, operating system version and Internet browser type and version. IM uses this information to help ensure the proper functioning of this Site;
  2. The use of cookies and web beacons. Cookies can be “persistent” or “session” cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your computer when you have gone offline, while session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your web browser;
  3. Usage data derived from your use of IM products and services, such as statistical data, trends, analytics and aggregated quantitative information about active users, activity, topics and groups. IM uses this information to help improve IM products and services;

IM automatically identifies and logs your IP address, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited, in our server log files whenever you visit the Site. The Collection of IP Addresses is standard practice on the Internet and IM uses this information for the purpose of helping diagnose server problems and administering usage of the Site.
Other Information may also include information voluntarily provided by you, such as your location or preferred means of communication. Unless it is combined with Personal Information, this information remains Other Information because it does not personally identify an individual.

Please note that IM may receive information in the course of providing goods and services to its customers, such as text, video, software or image files about our customer’s own customers, and IM makes no claim of ownership to such information. IM only acts in accordance with our customers’ instructions and applicable law with respect to such information and its collection, use and disclosure is governed by the privacy policy and practices of the customer concerned and not by this Privacy Policy.

How Other Information Is Used

IM may use Other Information for any purpose, unless limited under applicable law. Should applicable law treat Other Information as Personal Information, the Other Information will be treated as Personal Information. Should IM combine any Other Information with Personal Information, the Other Information will be treated as Personal Information as long as it is combined.

Security and Protection of Personal Information

While IM uses reasonable organizational, administrative and technical measures to ensure the protection of all Personal Information under its control, no transmission or storage of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as being 100% safe and secure. Updates to IM’s Privacy Policy

IM may update this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Any changes to this Privacy Policy shall be effective as of the date the revised Privacy Policy is posted on this Site.
