12/10/2010 - Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Partners with Infinite Media Partners to Develop the Fairmont Leadership Promise
Toronto, ON – Today, Infinite Media, an integrated digital company, announced their partnership with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to develop the Fairmont Leadership Promise. Building on Fairmont's globally successful Fairmont Service Promise Program (also developed in collaboration with Infinite Media and FranklinCovey), the Leadership Promise program will be geared to Fairmont leaders managing employees; helping them to lead, motivate, and energize staff based on Fairmont's mission of "Turning moments into memories" for their Guests worldwide.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has a tradition of hiring for talent, as well as teaching the skills that make the Guest experience unique. Teaming up with Fairmont's Learning & Development division, Infinite Media will travel to Fairmont properties in Vancouver, San Francisco, Toronto, and even the world-famous Savoy Hotel in London, England, in order to capture Fairmont Leaders on film talking to principles making up the core foundation of Fairmont's Leadership Promise. Infinite Media will work with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to develop the program and deliver six modular and scalable videos based on Fairmont's Leadership values, as well as a variety of print materials supporting the program, including a full program guidebook, communication materials and in-field activities.

Production on the Fairmont Leadership Program begins in December 2010, with an expected launch in spring of 2011. The potential to enhance the program exists, with options develop a web-portal to distribute the content, as well as make it available in other global languages.
