OgilvyOne partners with Infinite Media to bring travelers at Pearson International Airport complimentary music and eBook downloads as part of an ongoing partnership between American Express Canada and the GTAA.

Infinite Media, an integrated digital company, is proud to announce its role as technology partner for Entertainment on Cloud10, the latest in a string of benefits being offered by American Express Canada to travelers at Pearson International Airport as part of the company’s ongoing partnership with Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA). The Infinite Media team developed a dedicated Entertainment on Cloud10 web portal based on the company’s InfiniteKM platform framework. The portal utilizes sophisticated geo-location technology to allow only travelers in Pearson International Airport to download songs by popular artists and award winning eBooks at no charge. Users with Apple devices have access to the Amex Cloud10 Music app, which was developed by the Infinite Media team to give them a place to store and play music downloaded through the web portal. Songs are provided by Sony Music Canada and eBooks are provided by Harper-Collins Canada through the BookShout application.
As air travel becomes increasingly expensive and stressful, consumers are looking for perks to add value and enjoyment to their trips. Research conducted by American Express Canada indicates that a third of Canadians travel by air three or more times per year and that almost all of these travelers look for ways to pass time that make waiting at the airport more enjoyable. Research also showed that for 76% of Canadians this means reading a good book and that almost all of us are now travelling with a connected device. The response to the new Entertainment on Cloud10 has been overwhelmingly positive and Infinite Media is excited to be a part of this initiative to help American Express Canada connect with consumers and provide a fun, entertaining benefit.
Entertainment on Cloud10 is one part of the larger Cloud10 benefits program which includes exclusive benefits for American Express Cardmembers as well as benefits available to all airport guests.
