Toronto, ON - Today, Infinite Media, an integrated digital company, announced its partnership with Scotiabank to deliver Scotiabank’s Passport to Leadership portal, based on Infinite Media’s Knowledge Management platform. The portal houses a wide variety of content that can be easily managed in-house, offering the organization’s leadership a role-based solution to ensure priorities are aligned and talent management is optimized. The leadership portal services approximately 70,000 Scotiabank employees, offering the tools and resources needed to develop themselves and their teams.

The Passport to Leadership portal provides all Scotiabank business units with consistent messaging on corporate-aligned leadership development strategies. Site administrators can manage content in its entirety – and in particular who can access content – using tools to create, manage, and prioritize corporate-sanctioned announcements, spotlights, and resources.
