PC Financial has identified the need to engage their users of the platform through a feedback, news flashes and daily summary update modules. The IM KM Communications Module will be configured to allow user to: Send and receive feedback and responses to general inquires, Receive News Flashes when important/breaking news needs to be delivered to the floor, and post and track summary updates within the platform.
