InfiniteKM has partnered with K&D Pratt, a top industry player in the international oil and gas sector to draw on government infrastructure, data, analytics, and governance tools in the development of the Cobelstone platform, which includes a suite of tools to manage fire suppression and safety protocols, equipment inspections and certifications, and inventory.
The powerful InfiniteKM platform has been harnessed to organize fire suppression equipment and inspection form documents ensuring that inspectors and technicians have access to the correct forms and documentation to complete regular safety inspections when they need them including when they are out of range of internet connection.
Complex scheduling workflows allow schedulers to schedule inspection and maintenance jobs, allocate materials and manage all job touchpoints from beginning to end. InfiniteKM integrates with existing inventory management systems to allow schedulers to see available inventory and request materials for a job as needed.
A mobile app has also been developed to allow technicians and inspectors to take the platform with them on the go, facilitating the submission of inspections and certification and streamlining the current complex, paper-based process.
A client portal allows third party customers to track their fire suppression and safety equipment, manage inspections and maintenance requests and be informed of warranty terms and equipment recalls.
