The GTACC Awards are held each year providing an opportunity for organizations within the GTA to recognize and honour their call centre teams. This year’s theme, Celebrating the Fireworks in Our Industry, was chosen to highlight the people and teams who have embraced digital transformation and shone their light on customers and coworkers through the challenges of the past year.
 
This year’s event takes place on June 3rd and with COVID-19 restrictions in place, will once again held virtually. With a strong focus on harnessing technology to create a memorable experience, the organizing team, led by InfiniteKM Managing Director Brad Sellors, built on the success of last year’s event to once again execute a virtual event that is meaningful, engaging, and fun for attendees
