The annual conference takes place this year on November 3rd, 2016 at the Pearson Convention Centre in Brampton, Ontario. The Greater Toronto Area Contact Centres association – GTACC – is a not-for-profit think tank and networking association that serves the needs of the contact centre industry in Southern Ontario. The association hosts many events throughout the year, but its largest and most anticipated event is the perennially sold-out GTACC Conference. Each year the conference brings together call center professionals and thought leaders for a day of networking and sharing best-practices while an exhibition hall provides a space for attendees to discover products and solutions from conference sponsors.
