The Greater Toronto Area Contact Centres association – GTACC – is a not-for-profit think tank and networking association that serves the needs of the contact centre industry in Southern Ontario and hosts an annual conference for call centre industry professionals. The theme for this year’s once again sold-out conference is transformation and features a number of keynote speakers, workshops, and panels, including the Transformation Through Technology panel, facilitated by thought leader and Infinite Media Managing Director, Brad Sellors.
